We need safety, beauty, privacy and more entertainment space. So can we achieve that with this pool? You decide. First, was to incorporate an automatic cover on the existing pool. The cover box would have to be on the house side so we could keep a water feature. Walk on lids were incorporated with Limestone coping and decks to make as seamless as possible. When guniting the box for the cover we added tanning ledges and modified the steps for more kid play area, of course added LED gushers too. The tiled weir between the cover box and the pool was covered in glass tile, as was the rest of the pool, again to be as seamless as possible. The water wall was covered in tile and 3 sheer descents added to give an awesome focal point. A channel was created between the pool and spa so the spa spillway would not fall on the closed cover. Walkways incorporated artificial turf to continue the clean tailored look. Additional fire pit patio was created by moving the stone wall closer to the street. A lower terrace was created for the table and outdoor kitchen. This also created a place for bar stools next to the spa. Plants were incorporated to screen the neighbor. The arbor placed to stop your eye as you look out and frame the view. Now a great place to entertain that is private and beautiful, the outdoor room flows with the contemporary interior room and being always safe for the family and guests.
