Ivory Travertine Remodeled Place

The original pool was flat and boring. The customer wanted a Wow factor when sitting at her back porch. The old outdoor living space had no usable space for the family, young adult children, and entertaining guests. The remodel of the outdoor living included expansion, fireplace addition, bedroom and living area with Air Condition/Heating for year round use. A basketball court, putting green and chipping area finished out the outdoor living area. The pool remodel centered around creating an interest to the pool that was lacking with it being flat straight line pool. The creation of an 18” raised platform allowed that addition of sheer descents and waterbowls to captivate the eyes and ears. The raise area also added color to pop. The decking, which consists of travertine pavers also continue into the outdoor living space for a seamless transition. The decking was also raised at the spa and all steps include low volt lighting for night visual and safety. The additional of the outdoor kitchen and arbor made for a great use of space to retain the elevation change in that area but also opened up the existing back porch for ease of flow for all from main house to the outdoor living space.
