Light + Bright Remodel Space

The original pool had many challenges and issues that needed to be addressed with a remodel.   The issues was drainage, symmetry, and unusable spaces.   The changes that we made was first to deal with symmetry on the pool, which where we reconstructed the steps from the upper area to the lower and made them match.   Additionally, we changed the lower deck area by expanding the retaining walls with the addition of French drains for the drainage issues.   We then added and outdoor living area to create more usable outdoor space for the family.   The expansion of the upper deck with the addition of the outdoor living made more space and enjoyment for the family outdoor.   The pool then was finished off with Coping, Tile, and Pebblesheen.   Water deck jets where added along with a curved metal spill edge for more waterflow from upper spa to the pool.    The last touch was artificial grass border to break up the flatwork around the pool.
